Moorhead Residents Directory is privately operated. It describes and links to public rolls, indexes, and historical collections relevant to people who live or have lived in Moorhead, Minnesota. It does not host government records and is not connected to a custodian, court, or government office.
2. Rules for Using This Site
Use the reference only for lawful purposes. You may not use it, or material reached through it, to:
- Stalk, harass, intimidate, threaten, or harm any person
- Locate someone protected by a restraining or protective order
- Commit identity theft or fraud
- Make FCRA-regulated decisions (credit, employment, tenant, insurance)
- Scrape, copy, or republish the site's content at scale
- Interfere with the site's operation or security
3. We Are Not a Consumer Reporting Agency
This reference is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act, 15 U.S.C. § 1681 et seq. Nothing here or from a linked search tool is a consumer report, and it may not be used to decide eligibility for credit, employment, housing, insurance, or another FCRA-regulated purpose.

The original wording, design, logo, and layout are protected by copyright. Links and short attributed quotations are permitted; republication of full pages or systematic copying is not.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms by posting a new version here. Continued use after a change means acceptance.
10. Cutting Off Access
We may block or restrict any user who violates these terms or abuses the site, at our discretion and without notice.
11. Governing Law
Minnesota law governs these terms, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. The Minnesota Government Data Practices Act, Minn. Stat. ch. 13, governs access to classified state and local government data; it does not make this private reference a records custodian.
12. Severability
If any part of these terms proves unenforceable, the rest stays in force.
